I've been wondering about this. With much of the store blocked off, they will have to dramatically reduce the capacity and the number of people they let in. Otherwise, they will end up with distancing issues.

Why does it take a group of highly educated health professionals weeks to come up with a vaccination strategy for the hot spots in the province? The term “highly educated” is being used incorrectly. If they were working for me I would have fired their highly educated asses many moons ago. (Yes, that pun was intentional.)
And they aren’t Heathcare Professionals. They are Sick-care Professionals. If you want a health care professional, visit a dentist, naturopath, nutritionist, personal trainer, ... you get the idea.

I don't have anything to support it but it seems to me Quebec with their lockdowns and curfews has been more locked down than Ontario but I could be wrong. They also seem to be more heavy-handed with fines and enforcement than Ontario. Alberta as well has been in long lockdowns and will use a heavy hand against scofflaws.
Real story is he's going to the states so he can get vaccinated earlier. That's why he complains so much about airports and the covid hotels.
