I'm looking at a trip to the Dominican Republic trying to decide between Sosua or Santo Domingo. A few things I absolutely have zero tolerance for resorts, my Spanish is pretty good and looking to lay the groundwork on Tinder with some women. I'm not there to find love, just a week of relaxation and some fun, any recommendations please?

It is unclear whether Sosua is viable. There seems to routine LE (PN) action.
Most of the SP provider spots Clubs/Bars have been shut down.

Forget Sosua for quality p4p this winter. Government is succeeding in making it difficult and not fun. Prices high and quality low. Check out Medillin if you have decent spanish... you will kill it there!
