There a really good possibility that Murray will a 'LiLo' and barely spend enough time in jail because of overcrowding, AFTER the obvious appeals.
The trial judge is the arbiter of fact; appeals are on questions of law. And legal experts have said there are very few avenues for appeal in this particular case. As such, Murray is not expected to get anywhere with any appeals of his conviction.

As for those who believe Jackson self-administered the fatal dose, I have two questions: first, how "awake" do you believe MJ was at that time that he was *able* to do so; second, if Murray had any suspicion that MJ had self-administered any of the drug, why would Murray not have mentioned the drug to paramedics and taken steps to preserve any of MJ's fingerprints on the equipment used?

sounds like hes a drug dealer with a degree

give me the money I'll show you the stuff
I think that is why they went after him. We have lost a lot of celebrities because they buy drugs from legalized drug pushers. They want to send a message to any doctor that willingly provide illegal drugs/ prescriptions that they are still liable for the results. The fact Murray held off dialing 911 until he could hide the drugs clearly illustrates his priorities compared with his patients life.

Wasn't this a jury trial?

And there is always the potential for an appeal.

The opporitive words are 'few avenues' and 'not expected to get anywhere'. It won't stop them from trying.

I know most people wont agree, but I feel sorry for this doctor Murray.
I think he did a big mistake and not deliberately administer so much drugs to Jackson.
I don't believe he deliberately will kill his golden egg.
I think he was under pressure and that Jackson is a pain in the ass if you work for him, pressuring everybody that they must do what Jackson want. So I'm sure that it was Jackson himself agree to have more and more sleeping drugs and other shit supplied. Jackson doesn't realise the concequences and this doctor instead of standing up against Jackson and saying No, did everything that Jackson wanted. So he was kind of submissive to Jackson.
Now Jackson is dead somebody had to get the blame and poor doctor Murray is now the black sheep.
