I’m a little bitch I need to have some sort of chase if I’m drinking a shot…

my go to drink lately is Cut water 12.5 percent in a tiny can one drink is enough for me 😂
I've never tried these. Which one do you like the best the Mai Tai or Margarita?

Usually a nice malty dark ale, not a fan of IPAs and stop with all the mango, blueberry, raspberry fruit punch nonsense with beer. Any decent single malt whiskey, middle of the road bourbon. Lots of great ones in the $60 to $120 range, I don’t need to spend $500 on a bottle of hooch to impress anyone.

Beer, preference Sleeman Cream Ale is my baseline drink. Red white from Italy is my preference for dinner. And single malt scotch, Glenmorangie as a night cap.

My preference on a scotch is Oban but damn the prices have gotten insane. Now $177 a bottle in the LCBO.

11% is still a pretty high alcohol content. 3 or 4 of these and I'd be feelin' real good.

The one great thing about drinking far less as I've gotten older it that it makes me a cheap date. 3-4 of those and I'd be on the edge of sloppy.

Hopefully with my face in a pussy
Other than absinthe, I very rarely mix. My old platoon Sergeant (R.I.P. Bill) used to say that somebody went to all the trouble of making it as it is, why should I disrespect their hard work? And I'll drink almost anything, although I'm not a fan of tequila. If I want my drink cold, I'll use some fake ice cubes, I have a number of types, because I don't like ice melting, watering down a drink, and having the last few sips taste weak.

I enjoyed the Welsh single malts that the LCBO was carrying for a while, but they no longer stock them. Right now I've got Distl rye, quite nice.

Cold from the fridge Martini with a slice of lemon, Cointrea on ice is nice. Also nice is Martini and Fresca with a lemon wedge or 50/50 Cointreu/Cognac ( a splash of 7up - optional ) In my university days, it was Rum and Coke, but now I like Cognac and 7up.

What kind of fake ice cubes?
I have a set of stainless steel ones.
Alas, but only six.

GTA & Thereabouts...
I cut liquor out decades ago, so I'm just down water and beer... Typically, IPAs. I used to drink a shit-load of Coffee, Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi, but I've virtually eliminated it. (I'm thinking of going back as I've gained a few pounds ). I'm trying to learn to like tea.

Try smooth, high quality teas and see if that makes a difference. Oolong tea or a high end Japanese green.
