Best drinking game ever, be ready to get hammered. I didn't invent it.
Played to an episode of The Love Boat. All the major characters names (Capt. Stubing, Gopher, Julie, etc) along with 2 for the guest characters (we called them weekly stud and weekly slut) are drawn from a hat. Trading names is acceptable if you have to work the next day.
Episode starts, every time your character appears on the screen you take a drink. Group shot, everyone drinks. A conversation between 2 or more characters with lots of cutting back and forth, you're almost drinking continuously. Your character walks past in the background? Yup, take a drink. Miss a drink when your character appears? Penalty! Chug it down.
Pick a major character and follow the first 2 minutes of this beauty- you'll get the idea.

someone says YA! [Hey!] or makes that whine noise.
someone asks "Do you want to die!"
someone comments on what they hate the most... double shot if it's not something all that bad.
female falls into male arms
The attractive genius and rich but totally cold male lead makes all the females express themselves moistly.
A character has face blindness
You are wondering who a character is because they look a lot like another character and you are not Korean.
When the sad music starts and you know you will get 5 minutes of reflections [often from earlier in the episode because memory of a goldfish] or 5 minutes of lead character looking sad
Orphans.
Unexpected u-turn is unexpected
Someone gets injured or killed in a traffic accident. Bonus drink if it's a murder attempt. Bonus drink if it's a truck and it is almost always a truck.
Laughs or reacts in a way that that's very unnatural
You think, damn I should learn Korean but don't ever do anything about it.
