My uncle got two tickets, one for driving without a renewed license plate sticker, the other for failing to have his auto insurance slip in the car. The cop said neither carries points. Is this true, will the tickets show up on his driver's abstract raising his insurance premiums?

I was shopping for insurance last year, I told one company that Goober McFLy had recommended them to me, I heard a chuckle on the other end , they suggested I call back the next day, and that I should NOT mention his name as a reference ,WTF?

Points do not matter, No insurance card and any other infraction will cause your rates to increase if the insurance company decides to run an abstract. My advice FIGHT EVERY TICKET! the court dates are about a year out. Change your insurance co before you go to court

I keep my car ownership & insurance, not with car to avoid car threat and person resell it or identity threat.

Neither carries points or affect premium. Pay the fine will clear it up.
