What part of "deterrence" do you not understand?

If we followed your logic (no law problem unless/until you get into an accident), does that mean that the penalty for DUI causing an accident should be something very extreme, like life imprisonment?

btw, if you get drunk and aggressive in a bar, you would get charged.

You should get the same sentence as manskaughter

I like it too.

I would be more impressed if they a separate plate for violent offenders and sex offenders.

I believe Ohio uses green license plate for sex offenders.
