I any OS how could you extract a music concert dvd?
also SVCD?


Don't worry this is not a mainstream DVD/svcd?

It`s easy to save a UTube Video/Music clip then convert it to an mp3, or a couple other formats you may prefer.

First you save a UTube clip to your HDD using `KeepVid` which saves them as a mp4 file.

Then I used a neat linux app `Sound Converter` which converts it directly into mp3, or a few other formats of your choice, at whatever quality level bitrate or VBR you choose.
You just have to install the needed mp3 & lame codecs into Sound Converter.
