When you build in a place that needs dykes, especially in this case a former LAKE from the 1920's what do you expect to happen?

Just like building in the shadow of a volcano, or in a forest with regular fires. Or a place nicknamed Tornado Alley. My sympathy is limited.

it will be interesting to see what, or if any, cities and communities that are seen as less desirable start to develop merely because they are not percieved to be as much climate risk as others.

Those thespians should stick with theater.
I must admit i was so hoping this was a thread on lesbianism. I knew a lady who was part of the "dykes on bikes" who led the San Francisco gay pride parade. She was very much a "lipstick lesbian" as they were referred to 30 years ago (lesbians who dress and look like more traditional heterosexual women). But she butched up for the parade.

Lately I can't get enough of ebony lesbian porn (well, as long as there is 1 ebony lady in the mix). The worst part is I really enjoy the dialogue part leading up to the sex as well. Normally you fast forward through that in regular B-G porn lol.

OK, hijack demands have been met. Back to the thread.

I heard some lesbians are worried about coastal cities flooding too.

Or huge populations living in the desert and then complaining about water shortages

Next will be the flood plains where communities have been allowed/encouraged to build. This is happening throughout Canada not only in Fords province. Sorry I couldn't help myself ;)

Just so I’m clear…. You don’t to buy shares in my Trailer Park company in Tornado Alley?

The government will bail everyone out and they will rebuild in the same area again for more.
It happens over and over both here in the Canadas and the US.

Insanely high insurance rates is natures way of telling you to consider living somewhere else.

Hate to see the bill when California or BC shakes rattles and rolls. At least in Japan they don't really have much in the way of options.
