Entry to Condo

I'm renting a condo and my landlady wants to come in to inspect the suite, does anyone know how many times she is legally allowed to enter my suite per month????

She can enter anytime of day as long as you agree to the time...but she must give 24 hours written notice.

I think it depends on why she wants to come in. She must be coming in for one of the circumstances outlined in the legislation - she can't just come in to snoop around.
