Villa is on a tear! I hope they can keep this up! And what's with United losing at home to Bournemouth 3-0 (was 4-0 until VAR)?!

Loving all this "giant slaying"!
Aston villa seem to follow the same path as Leicester, during the Season that they shocked the world with winning The Premier Division. Wonder whether Villa can keep up the momentum.

Watched Man United getting torn apart by Bournemouth and at home as well.

This season was supposed to be Newcastle's especially with the money that was splashed on new players. They will have to pick up their momentum if they want to be one of the contenders.
Very unpredictable season in that respect.

The top 5 looks a bit different than what we've gotten used to (doesn't mean much at this stage)
Aston Villa is the dark horse this season, Tottenham are in free fall,
MC losing 9 points in 4 games is unfamiliar territory but I'm not counting them out yet.

Liverpool got lucky today, they're a good team but their defense needs fixing,
you can't hope to come back from behind every game or expect Alisson to save the day.

Yup... still a LONG way to go in this season and you'd be silly to ever write off Pep and his players. But on the other end, Luton have been going toe-to-toe with top clubs, but their defence has allowed too many easy attempts on goal. One defender was part of every goal against them in their loss to Arsenal, and today's go ahead goal by Graelish. This is a team that needs to find a solid back to be a top flight club and avoid relegation.

The top two teams Arsenal and Liverpool go head to head tomorrow. Should be an interesting game. Aston Villa lost their chance to go to the top of the Premier Division when they were held 1-1 by the team at the bottom of the Table.......Sheffield United. Actually, Villa mange to tie the match in the dying over time minutes of the game. That Villa consistency seems to have hit a hurdle in their possible run for the title as an outsider.

Arsenal lost the last 2 games. One with West Ham and the other with Fulham. Looks like they don't do well with teams that have Ham in there. LOL

City won against a Sheffield, that was a yawner, slow.

Arsenal lost again at home to Liverpool. Once again they did not score, and this time they broke the trend and lost to the "Pool". LOL.
This was despite Salah was away, and Van Dyke was injured. Arsenal just did not make use of their scoring chances. Wonder whether Mbappe will be joining them in this January transfer window? Highly unlikely.

City against Newcastle, what a great game. Looked like Newcastle was going to win but they brought in Du Bruyne which scored and then city scored again in the 91 minute to win 3-2

Yes, it was an interesting game, especially when Newcastle seemed to have a turnaround in the manner in which they came from behind to take the lead in the first half.
Agreed, that De Bruyne score a peach of a goal to level it, and then his influence enabled City to trot along with that winner from their youngster who timed his run perfectly in extra time. Tomorrow it is Man United and Spurs. Should be an interesting game on paper. Let's see if it materializes out.

Newcastle is so frustrating to watch. Great offensive in the 1st half, but they always collapse in the second. They need to bring fresh legs on in the second much sooner. You can never stop when up against Pep and Co.

With Arsenal's win over leaders Liverpool, the top of the table is getting more tight by the day. Man City have two games in hand and they play Brentford tomorrow.
A must win for them to close the gap on Liverpool by two points with a game in hand. Arsenal are also two points behind Liverpool, so an interesting three horse race to the line.

Fucking Foden 😂 Just kidding the guy is great a hat trick today against Brentford. Brentford scored first in the first period and as usual City came back with 3 in the second period. Haaland after being 2 months off , hasn't come around yet or defenders have him figured out.

Well, the script seems to be on the Wall that Man City will once again sweep up the Premier League title. That is unless they suffer with further injuries to the likes of De Bruyne, Foden and Haaland their usual goal scorers. Was an interesting game today.

Haaland came back after injury and scored 2 against Everton, the first period the couldn't score. Liverpool continues to win, to see how this is going to end up.

With a game in hand it's theirs to lose, deja vu from last year if they can keep on winning, Haaland is back and Foden looks like a winner.

The top 3 are peaking already and have momentum. Liverpool minus Salah lost to Arsenal but they would have lost regardless
with the kind of blunders they committed. Have to say though Arsenal were sharp the last few games.
AV proved to be pretenders, MU are improving but they're too far behind to catch up.

What a good game today Chelsea -City. Sterling managed to score first, he actually missed a few in contropiede (counter). In the second period they took off Sterling and Chelsea died down, City managed to put one in.

Chelsea 0 - 1 Liverpool
It's possible to win a final with a team of 20 year olds and without their injured (and expensive) stars, Liverpool just proved that.

Haaland scored 5 goals against Luton Town. City won 6-2. Du Bruyne passed the ball, Haaland just kicked it in. Very unselfish of KDB. This was for the FA cup.

Derby this morning between United and City. Good game, United managed to put one in with Rashford. City fought back in the first period. In the second City managed to put 3 goals in. Foden 2x and one for Haaland. Haaland missed a few good ones, but all is forgiven.

Big game about to start. Man City against Liverpool. That's pure joy. Salah is back. Both team are great. My best player KDB is playing awesome. Yet i want Liverpool to win.

Another 1-1 draw. Arsenal won that game.
10 more games to go but if the top 3 keep on winning it'll come down to MC-Arsenal in 3 weeks and possibly GD
which favors Arsenal right now.
