In no particular order, my thoughts:
- Pics are good. Make them big too - I hate it when I click on a teensy thumbnail and all I get is a marginally bigger pic.
- NO MUSIC! 'nuff said.
- Give me a decent idea of who you are. You can tell alot about a person by the way they write. I don't need an opus, but write enough to let me know what you like, dislike etc. Give me a sample of your personality.
- Rates & contact info are a must.
- An up to date calendar listing your availability is nice if you feel like maintaining something like that.
- Don't get fancy using flash and java scripts and the like; basic websites are still very functional
- A low bandwidth, one page version is a nice to have for those who are travelling and forced to use dial-up.

In the pics gallery it would be nice to see your face. Understandably some of your pics are going to be provocative, but one that doesnt reveal your body -- just your face. Provide enough pics so we have an idea what you have to offer but we don't need to see 30 similar poses in your favorite outfit.
Rates and menu should be clearly spelled out. If extra charges for extra services, then please spell it all out. Nothing worse than a misunderstaning mid session. It smacks of up pricing. As for wordinesss, I say follow the "bikini formula" for writing. Provide enough material to cover the important details, but keep it short enough so it's still interesting.

I also vote that full price honest rate is essential.
If I can't find a providers rate I won't bother considering, I assume its so high have to call and get talked into it. No thanks, move on.
