Not a lawyer, but I've heard people are concerned that Donnie and the kids will plead the 5th. However, since it is a civil case, that can be used against them, which could result in them losing the case.....Which I think would be hilarious. Now, I know they could offer to settle, but would the NYAG or DA agree to that? Hard to say.

I don't think that's right at all.
Last time I checked, Trump was beating DeSantis among Republican voters by double digits.
I wouldn't be surprised if Desantis was ahead in general polling, though, since I think outside of the base more people find him acceptable.
