Melvin Van Peebles has stated that his sex scenes in Sweet Sweetback's Baadasssss Song were not simulated.

Four full pages, and nobody mentioned Caligula, (1979). The scenes directed by Bob Guccione are quite explicit.

Once while using eMule, I downloaded a file that was name "Supertramp Live in Paris", while in actuality, it was a 1996 film named Contes Pervers de Mario Salieri, which is sort of a cross between a foreign 'art house' film and XXX.

From the old City blue movies, I remember watching "The Sailor Who Fell From Grace with the Sea" probably mid to late 70's with Sarah Miles and Kris Kristofferson. Not a great movie but some steamy sex scenes between those two. I remember seeing in Playboy later some out takes that did not make it into the final version like this one.
