The problem occurs when the "culling of the weaker genes" takes you out at the same time.

I agree but in this case they didn't kill anyone else so it's all good.
Rather like when one thug gangbanger wants to kill another thug gangbanger I'm fine with it, except for collateral damage like I think Jane Creba was. That's when we have to draw a line and step in.
