That was Richard Dimitri who played Roman Moronie in Johnny Dangerously, who used to say "fargin iceholes", "fargin bastages", "miserable corksuckers". I think it was Peter Boyle who finally said, "wow what a mouth on that guy".
In fact when they blew up Maronie's office he declared this means "fargin war", and they cut to a scene of a newspaper headline spinning off the presses reading Fargin War.
