Bill from Kill Bill. In Part 1 I didn't know who the hell he was but you just wanted to see him dead, then part 2 came along and your like, wait, he's kinda crazy, but kinda cool too.

Well there really is no doubt the top villain is Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal Lecter. Honourable mentions:
Joe Pesci Goodfellas
Kevin Spacey Seven
Alan Rickman Die Hard
Denzel Washington Training Day

Rutger Hauer (of B movie fame) played a decent bad guy in Surviving the Game as did John Lithgow in Ricochet

Sounds kinda goofy but I'll go with Magneto from the X-Men movies. He's a flawed character that is not necessarily evil. Something about his character facinates me.

I vote for Hans Gruber in Die Hard!!!
Agree with Hans Gruber.
Or anything with Christopher Walkin, but definitely Hans.

Bruce A Young (Jingles) - An Innocent Man *A Tom Selleck movie from 1989*

No words can explain how shocked I am to be the only one that made mention of Jingles.

Also how about his turn in Bladerunner as Roy the replicant just trying to extend his short life? A bad guy that makes you feel sorry for him.

Oh..and a very special mention of Clubber Lang in Rocky 3.

Was that man just angry and bad or what? All I remember is him winning the belt from Rocky, being lifted by his crew, and just grunting. "Aggh! Aggh! I told you I'd do it. Aggh! Aggh! He ain't nothin. Aggh! Aggh! I'm the new champion of the world. Aggh! Aggh!" Lol. A playfull screwface to hype his fans he had. :)

The man was just mad. Mad at the system. Mad at Mickey for ignoring his ranking. Mad at Rocky. Mad at everything and everyone.

That defines the true bad man. And his Jive talk with that Island twist was so darn good I couldn't help it but to like the guy.

The Big Smoke
Mr. Blonde in Resevoir Dogs.
Michael Madsen not only made you believe he was enjoying himself while he was torturing the poor cop eventually cutting off his ear and saying, "Can you hear me now?" all to the tune of "Stuck in the middle with you"...I can never hear that song and NOT think of that scene.

Either him or Team Rocket from the Pokemon movies :)
