After much tought, finally ready to plunge - I've had a great experience in a massage parlor not too long ago... Let's just say that it was an amazing stress "reliever". Going in the Ottawa area next week, I'm ready to go to the next step, which is counting on a professional to release even more tension, if you get what I mean - Need something solid for a first experience.
