Fischer seizure

Nashville-Red Wings game was ppd. in the first period after Jiri Fischer suffered a seizure on the players' bench. Apparently doctors and paramedics were on the scene in seconds and saved his life. Early reports from the hospital are apparently encouragng, thank God...

class act on part of Yzerman for going and getting Fischer's fiance from the other side of the rink and escorting her immediately over to the Wings bench so she could see him.

Yzerman also retrieved the stretcher for him. I hope all is ok for Jiri and family.
Pretty frightening experience .
