Flow Chart Program?

I need a good program that does flow charts well. I know programs like MS Word can do it, but I'm looking for something easier to use that produces better results.

I agree that Visio does a great job. However, if you have a simple flow chart to do, Powerpoint also contains the symbols and functionality you might require.

Mindmanager X5 is the coolest program I've seen in a while... I had no idea they had software for this sort of thing... it's great for flowcharts, brainstorming, etc. I just got it two days ago... check it out!

If you don't want to spend the bucks and already have Word, it has that function. After getting use to it, I actually kinda like it.

I think it depends on what you want to do with the flowchart. Is it a Critical Path project planning chart? If so, use Mciro$oft Project, but at a premium price.

I think it depends on what you want to do with the flowchart. Is it a Critical Path project planning chart? If so, use Mciro$oft Project, but at a premium price.

Price is not a concern, hehehe.

Another vote for Visio

I've got to go with Visio as well. The latest version has a feature that allows you to create hyperlinks which is very useful if you are creating complex flowcharts or multi-level flowcharts that drill down to show more detail.
