Ok, I'll just say Ontario.
I really never looked at it closely. I just looked, laughed a bit, moved on. So, after looking at it more critically. Is it a kid? I don't think we can say for sure. Is your real question whether or not this is child exploitation? I would say no. We can't establish the age or identity of the subject. The subject is performing a humourous act that mimics a lewd act. The subject does not appear to have been coerced into performing the act. To me, there is nothing definitively wrong.

So, I think it's ok to look at it, laugh, and not be alarmed. (but good for you for pointing this out)

Not entirely sure how you came to this conclusion! Unless FF cares to reveal that that's actually him in the picture I think he should err on the side of caution and consider a change. Having said that, I don't have any particular problem with the pic as I do not necessarily agree that it is a minor.

As I said, FF should err on the side of caution. There was (may still be) a sig pic of a child licking batter off of a spoon held by the child's mother. It seemed like there were some sexual overtones to that picture. Should it have been allowed.

Oh! Got it. On the side of caution, perhaps FuckFace should remove the signature video. Just in case and for absolutely certainty for everyone.

The link provided in this thread should be removed to ensure no one else is viewing it either. Perhaps someone can directly speak to the owner of the site or a moderator instead of making a thread about it?

To me, the sigpic does not seem to be a child. It's not even trying to kid us that it's a child.

However, under Canadian law, if the actor appears to be under-age, it is no defence to prove that the actor is actually a grown-up.

Who decides how old the actor appears to be? Of course, the judge hearing the case, if it comes to that. Given that this actor seems to be under-age to some terbites, if not to others, if I were Fuck-Face I'd be afraid.

I guess I'm pleased that his sigpic is not subject to legal sanctions for being despicably crude and tasteless. We just have to regard Fuck-Face as the price we pay for freedom of speech, on that score.

I don't think OP was extolling family values. I believe the issue is not wanting to cross the line and get into the area of child porn or exploitation. When the distinction between child porn and "legimate" porn is not so clear-cut it is always better to err on the side of caution.
