For example, you have problem with your DSL. You call ABC telecom to complain. The trouble ticket goes through their process, ie, testers, field techs. They find that the trouble is in Bell's part of the circuit. They have to call Bell and open up another trouble ticket and the process starts all over again.
Trust me. I hate Bell too, but if you're going to be using DSL why go through a middle man?
