And PSE involves one of the following acts: CIM, CIMSW, DT, COF, COB. There are agencies in T.O which cater to the "safe" hobbyists but I haven't seen an agency in T.O which advertises full GFE but means no kissing and CBJ.
Okay, I see what you're saying. I thought you might have read the comment to imply penetration without a condom for pse. Whatever the definitions are it is best to spell out exactly what you want when booking with an SP (assuming there are "deal breakers" that would ruin a session if they were not provided but you assumed they would be). And, of course, there is always YMMV!
