Game of Thrones characters you were HAPPY to see get killed

I might take some flak for this, but I was most happy to see Catelyn die. I found her character very boring, and I can't stand people who repeatedly follow their heart into ruin; and she certainly did that time and time again. There's a certain sympathy you can feel for her after she loses so much, but that mostly evaporated for me after she let Jaime free. What kind of idiotic move was that? She didn't single-handedly end the reign of the King in the North, but she certainly started the cascade of events that led to his downfall.

I agree 100%.

She consistently reacted stupidly and emotionally. Some might argue that she reacted as a mother, however, the fact is that she just plain didn't think.

From imprisoning Tyrion to setting Jaime free to arranging for Robb to marry a Frey. Not to mention the collision course with Littlefinger.

I just rewatched that episode last night on HBO, after a nice massage session - pretty good night in my books. Wow that was a spectacular death! Of course, he should have finished off Clegane instead of running off his mouth. Such is life

Her character, and the other Starks, are easy to like as a family. They are very human and viewers relate to that and sympathize. That's why she has lots of fans. But as a queen, she did make some pretty foolish decisions.

Now, I just need Ramsay Snow to die soon. I hate that guy.

Joffery was entertaining to watch. He's the type of character that spices up GoT.

I'm still hoping the hound is alive in some parallel universe.

He was great.

I don't believe any GoT character is dead unless I see his/her lifeless body. The Hound was alive when we last saw him, sooo...

Oh yeah, and for such a young kid who lived such a priviledged life, Joffrey was a damn sadistic little prick. Good to see him die, though sad to see an interesting character go.
