Wow, they actually halted trading after gamestop exploded 110%
AMC Entertainment went up from $2.82 to $11.03 on pure speculation. There are no crowds going to buy gaming devices and cartridges or hoards of people going to AMC theatres to justify the price increases. Hertz went up 33% since Friday. the Robin Hood ( university ) crowd causes a buzz on these stocks and the balloon will grow till it pops.

Well, it didn't last long. Already down, and that's with a good CPI report. Not that meme stocks are that sensitive to macroecomic news.
Just to bleed shorters at the expense of retail....stay away if you h ave no money to burn....

Gamestop is pure speculation. If you buy a a stock without any reason to think it may go up, that is speculation. I calculate the probabilities and I win more than I lose.

He is using his influence to stir up speculation, but does he actually have any reason to believe that the stock will increase in value? Disposable income is scarce these days, do 20-22 year old guys have spare cash laying around? The past Christmas shopping was much lower than most other years, car and truck sales are down, Mothers day spending was down. Garden supply spending is not expected to be very good this year. The consumer is not buying unless they have to.
who cares ? chances are when he speaks the stock goes up ...traders don't care about fundamentals; they play off human psychology and behaviour, as a trader yourself you should know this
How do you know he is not doing a pump and dump because he wants the new ( as Andrew Tate calls it ) BoogAughE. The ingredients that go into a bubble is that there are a lot of buyers willing to pay a higher and higher price until the bad news hits. Gamestop is a retailer that do not manufacture any products of their own, there is now a new product that they have exclusive rights to sell.
it's obvious he's doing a pump and dump ...but he doesn't have enough shares to actually make a material move on the price if he does dump secretly (if you think he does, then you don't know how the market works) ..now, if he does announce he's selling then that's a different story
like i said, traders don't care about the fundamentals
