... what exactly do you look at when viewing an SPs website/photos?

For the second time since becoming an escort I've had to invoke the 10 minute clause, ie: if in the first 10 minutes of meeting, you or I are not comfortable etc. I leave, no money is exchanged and, hopefully, there are no hard feelings.

I've often heard that SPs/Agencies should honestly depict themselves in their pictures. I believe that my website and various adverts do just that, the photos are true to life and I certainly do not claim to have model proportions. I also state, quite clearly that I am a mature 40+ SP. So why, oh why was the gentleman I met this week surprised to find that:

a) I had fairly large breasts (36DD)
b) I wasn't in my twenties; and
c) I wasn't caucasian.

Quite often I am told, you are not what I expected, when the gentleman then goes on to say, I'm nicer than he anticipated or even compliments me on my appearance, I am flattered to say the least, but when this particular gentleman felt the need to list my deficiencies and then say something alone the lines of: "Well, with those lips, at least I'll get a good blow job." I felt compelled to pick up my bag and walk out the door.

So back to my original question - what exactly do some gentlemen look at when viewing ads and photos, or better yet, what do you look with?

Ciao

Well Astra,

I reviewed your website, and can readily grant that that even with a cursory review of the text and graphics that it is obvious you are (a) a mature lady (b) have large breasts and physique. There is no help for a client who cannot derive those truths from your site.

As to your ethnicity, I find nothing definitive in either the text or the pictures as to the exact nature of your ethnicity. I see that you are influenced by the Carribean with a British upbringing, but there are to my knowledge a mixture of people in the Carribean, including a lot of European ex-pats. Your photos show a light skinned pretty much tanned to olive complexion which could mean anything. I have noted a tendency of many women of color to lighten their skintone in their online shots. You'd be surprised at the number of remarks in the reviews of some ladies of color where the reviewer states.."she's a lot darker than her photos would have you believe". Now mind you, these comments come from clients who are aware of the ladies ethnicity, but are shocked at the darker in person skin tone. So sometimes photos don't tell the whole story either. It might behoove you to clear that up. I can see some room for misunderstanding on that issue.

Speaking for my lazy self, I prefer the pics and info all laid out clearly, in simple fashion. I don't really enjoy digging around the pages or site for info.

Bio on sp: all relevant data/info should best be listed in one designated box/area. A simple data sheet layout is sufficient, but all pertinent data should be there.

Photos: must be up to date. Artsy pics are good, but inclusion of regular snap shots should be there as well. I want to see the sp under normal lighting. ( your pics are fine , Astra. )
Full face shot is optional, but preferred.

And of course, the usual rate and contact info should be listed clearly.

BTW Astra, your breasts indeed looked larger in person than on the pics ;) Have a nice weekend.

Most south americans and east indians get darker _very_ quickly in the sun. I just saw a lady who went from her winter olive complexion to the summer brown after one whole week of vacation.

I wonder if there is any pattern of "darker than expected" to reviews in the summer and fall?

Groo,

I don't know. Never checked for any correlation..LOL.. When you talk about South Americans, you are also talking about Portenas of Argentina who are primarily of European extraction as well. Many Brazilians which come in all the rainbow including yellow, live on the beach and/or tan outdoors on a regular basis. People living near or below the equator have evolved to darker skin tones as a protection mechnism from the sun.

Of course, it probably doesn't help that this guy lacked tact.

Not to detract from what EBS said, as I agree with his assessment of what was obvious vs. what could be misunderstood, but had the client taken even a stab at exhibiting some manners, you probably wouldn't have been compelled to post here.

Don't let him faze you.

EB - Many thanks for your comments I could describe myself as a "Mulatto" but believe that my pictures speak for themselves. The photos are accurate in their depiction of my skin tone, and being very comfortable with myself, I can assure you that I have in no way attempted to lighten my tone. Of course, with summer having finally arrived, I may be a shade darker, but nothing very noticeable.

Orignally posted by Berlin BTW Astra, your breasts indeed looked larger in person than on the pics
Berlin - I'm not sure whether or not apologise for my breasts appearing larger in person than in pics - think I'll take it as a compliment and say thanks and being typically female, hope that the rest of me appears slimmer.

I looked at your site too Astra and right on it it says that youre in your 40's and you give your measurements as well, your pics do give a good idea of what you look like,so obviously some people dont read or pay much attn to whats written or said,to me you look great, unfortunately a lot of ppl have no class or tact and can be very rude.........

O Astra, my remark was very much meant to be a sincere compliment indeed.
Cheers.
