It's not so much about settling, but with whom he wants to have children (if at all). Obviously, Keilber was ready and the guy blew her off. I hope all that sex was worth it, and I don't mean in monetary terms.

He's her pot of gold, she's interchangeable. Alcoholism runs in Clooney's family, his aunt Rosemary Clooney was notorious for it. He's been disciplined with the booze and it hasn't stopped him from making a buck from it.

Geroge Clooney lives in Italy and probably is too busy banging hot Italian models to be too concerned with Stacy, she's hot but a bit too old and independent for him (she's hosting her own show soon), he likes them young, model looking and totally dependent on him, no career minded women with aspirations for kids need apply to be his girlfriend.
