Asia, do you mean China or all of Asia because China has been abusing trade deals for years with everything from intellectual property to heavy taxes on all incoming competition.
Africa, virtually unlimited supply of mining products that the world needs why slap a tax on something so valuable
Europe, one of our biggest trading partners that buys billions in raw materials if we put unreasonable taxes on them they will buy from other countries.
South America, free trade to underdeveloped countries create jobs and a better standard of living for them which intern will get them to buy more good from us. It will also slow down mass migration to developed country
North America, there should be little or no taxes between our two countries and it's the same with subsidies
