The game tonight was pretty good. I am glad to of seen Sundin back. Eddie was pretty good in net, but you can tell he is getting old. Where is Oneil? He seems to be a non-presence on the ice. Lindross was good and skated well, and Wellwood certainly looks like a bright up and commer.

All in all, the leafs played well tonight....

This was a very good game but O'neill was there he got a goal on the PP and an assist on the Sundin goal. He had other good chances also.

Eddie was pretty good in net, but you can tell he is getting old.

I was at the ACC and had seen last nights game live (first time ever at ACC). I was thinking the same thing as you. I would see Eagle drop to his butterfly on every shot, but, he does move slow. If there was a shot high, he looked helpless on it. When you see him live, you can tell he just tries to cover the low part of the net with his pads. His reflex action does however look slowed down.

And they had a special TML hall of fame tribute (not sure if it was on CBC HNIC, but O'neil won it from the leafs side. I was also thinking why? But the man did have 1 goal and 1 assist on the night if my mind serves me correct.

What about J Allison? The amount of times he was in the slot and looked to make a perfect pass was very bad. He needs to shoot more!

Yeah the final score was 5-4 Washington. It was a pretty bad loss. We skated hard, and played pretty well considering they had a back to back. The Oneil/Sundin line was impressive and probably the most positive thing about tonights game. Lindross was a precense but Allison still needs to step it up. Looking forward to their next game against Carolina. It will be fun to see Oneil against his old squad.

Why you got to be hating? Sundin and Oneil really look like they will do something special. Allstar...I dunno...but they will be a pretty good duo for the rest of the season. I miss Mogilny though.

Another loss ..... this puts the Laughs at #15 in the League standings. Ottawa's #3 but they've played 2 games less than Montreal and Detroit .... hehehe.
