Go to Wanchai. They are all over there. That's where most of the strip clubs are, but I wouldn't bother with them. Go into some bars (I wish I knew the name of the bar I went into) and you will find many willing women. Some are prostitutes, but many are women looking to get hooked up with a western man that will take care of them when in town. PM me for details. Other than that, Macau as has been mentioned is also rich for this, but it is a little more professional.
i think in Wan Chai, u will find most of the girls in the clubs are philippinos and china girls. If u really want to find some nice girls (not prostitute) then u should head up to Central ,around the lan kwai fong area or go to tsim tsa tsui. Those are probably the best bet for a white guy to meet some girls in Hong Kong. If u want action, u should go to china instead. plenty to choose from.

The regular incall places on the suggested sites such as 141 and 161 are very hit and miss. These places do not allow for bookings and are usually swamped with traffic. Sometime you find guys lined up outside. Of course if this is what you are looking for then by all means go right ahead. My suggestion is to go to Mong Kok. You will find brothels and massage places lining the streets. Portland Street is the main one. You will find these places and their signs are hard to miss. Almost any of the massage saunas there offer FS. The prices will be higher then brothels but the women tend to be better looking and not to mention you get a massage and beverages and what not. The brothels are there for one reason...only sex so it can be rushed.
With all that said, my biggest suggestion is still Wan Chai's Jaffe Road. There are two main clubs called Fenwick's and Neptunes II. These places are full out night clubs and every girl working inside is a SP. The ratio is 3 girls to one guy. You go in and you are basically picked up by these women. You negotiate a price and then she goes back with you to your hotel or there are hour rated hotels in the near vicinity. This is any hobbyists dream location, trust me.
