For those of you posting as of late, you may have noticed a change in the tone of Goober’s posts. I have been aware of this for sometime now but have said nothing. I’m afraid that I can no longer hold my tongue, that’s Aphrodite’s job.
GOOBER, WE ARE CONCERNED! Your last post about Keith Richards being undead is…..now how can I put this….pretty bad! Not at all up to the McFly-like quality we’ve come to expect from our smart ass cracking moderator. Consider this an intervention of sorts, by those who really care about you. You need to get back to those things that made you laugh Goober. You know what I mean. Let’s get back to "tits", "winkle" and "Grunties.” Of coarse the occasional post about Alien doesn’t hurt either. By I digress.
I need suggestions on how we can pull Goober up from the depths of his depression. How we can lift him from the bowels of sadness. (insert your favorite piece of alliteration here if you don’t like mine). This board is a cesspool of ideas. Emphasis on ideas folks, the cesspool was for TROOPS. What can we do? The amount of stress he is currently under is taking its toll.
