I will have to tell you in the correct thread. The Hall Monitor has already admonished us that this is the SECOND or THIRD thread on this topic.

Ok, now it is legal for me to post on this important topic, Rockslinger.

No, I don't use Google Chrome. In fact I try not to use Google anything as I find their data mining and retention business model extremely troubling. I use Firefox with various privacy plug ins. Fast enough for me. Given your profilgate posting activities I can understand why milliseconds count for you.

The irony is that IE is not completely compliant with the HTML standards.
MS had there own way of doing things, but since it was included with Windows it became the most popular.
The problem is, many websites were built around IE and only now only work properly when using IE browser.
Government websites are a good example. Many of our government sites only accept IE when filling in forms online.
Sucks...but it means you need to keep a copy of IE around just for such circumstances.

Hey, what do you have to lose? It's free and you can always uninstall it if you don't like. IE is ages behind both, Firefox and Chrome, so if anything your Internet experience will only get a free upgrade. It'a win-win!

IE Tab extension from the Chrome store means you'll never need to open IE again ;)
