You gotta wait until August 2023!!!! That is a long time commitment right there. LOLSlightly off topic, but this may be interesting: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/arden-the-indoor-pellet-smoker#/
I have ordered this; maybe others may find it intriguing.
Interesting indeed but for me the beauty is to be outside. I use my gaz bbq pretty much all year round. But most of summer is the charcoal bbq in the summer along with the blackstone.Slightly off topic, but this may be interesting: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/arden-the-indoor-pellet-smoker#/

I have long been a Napoleon fan but my last purchase, a high end four burner model does not perform as well as my previous 3 burner prestige models. Also note that only high end Napolean bbqs are made in Canada now. Lower end series are now made in China and do not have great reviews. I would check independent reviews on all candidate models you are considering b4 making a decision. So I think I have decided with a new BBQ at home for winter and a griddle accessory for the trailer.
So now it is the need for a new que. I only need a 2-3 burner. It would be cooking for either just me or one other guest. 3 burner would be good in case Pops decides to come for steak one night. He likes a good streak once in a while.
So any recos on a new BBQ. I know Weber has a nice little guy that would do the trick but I always wonder if there is too much hype with Webers.
My gaz Weber BBQ cost me a lot and it's a complete over-hype. My dad's much smaller Napoleon works better. Temperature rise 3 times faster then on my Weber. So I think I have decided with a new BBQ at home for winter and a griddle accessory for the trailer.

I have the big and small and 2 charcoal webers. I have to admit I prefer the smaller one so much better than the bigger propane bbq. Faster heat up, saves me propane tank trips, very efficient. My gaz Weber BBQ cost me a lot and it's a complete over-hype. My dad's much smaller Napoleon works better. On the other hand my charcoal 200$ Weber Kettle works like a charm. Everything taste better on it!
This is the answer. It almost sounds like I should get one for the trailer and just bring the Napoleon back to the house for spring and fall.
If I can cook outside at the trailer, that is what I prefer.
Anything cooked outside is better. So I bought a griddle for the good BBQ at the trailer and can I just say
“why the fuck didn’t anyone tell me this is the way to cook bacon?!?!?!”
I have never had better bacon then cooked on that griddle. I have no idea why but It just cooks so much better and therefore tastes amazing.
I use to broil in the oven, I have tried in the pan on the stove top, but on the griddle was amazing.
Now time to buy a better BBQ for the house for winter and a griddle for that one too.
I love the marketing of the Blackstone but having the grill option with a griddle I think is better.
Now anyone hears of making pizza on the BBQ? A client told me about it.
DARN YOU! I want the griddle option even more now..... I will be on Home Depot site in like 20 minutesSo I bought a griddle for the good BBQ at the trailer and can I just say
