The people that criticize the Canadiens for so many FA's are just looking for a reason to hate, and unable to use their brain in light of such hatred.

The cap will go down, salaries are going down, having a bunch of FA's and cap room in such a scenario is actually a fairly good position to be in. With a shrinking cap and shrinking economy, many teams would love to have tha many FA's.
