There needs to be a solid Opposition to any ruling government; the last thing we need is to be a one-party state, but Pierre Poilievre is not the person to be leading that Opposition.

Hopefully the Conservatives turf this idiot in the New Year and elect someone who has a security clearance and some class; someone who doesn't play gutter-level, American-style politics the way Poilievre does.

NOOOOOOO, let him keep running. As soon as he gets a seat, he's cheering for Trump and wishing failure on SuperCarney.

Poilievre should ‘put partisan stripes aside’ and work with Carney amid Trump threat: Ford

All right of centre parties are becoming MAGA Lite. The UK Tories are exactly like Pee and Scheer with Badenoch and Jenrick. Exactly the same dumbass performative, no-content horseshit.

Sounds more like they are scared and trying to protect Carney.
He really does scare them...I think in their hearts they know that if Trump hadn't of beat Harris Pierre would been Canada's new Prime Minister.

Having said that I'm not sure things would be any different with Trump. He has this ability to be completely unpredictable.

I do wonder if those constituents in Carney's riding are confused at his decision to phase out all of those federal government jobs...I'm sure a great deal of them will be affected. Probably not what they signed up for.

I don’t think your correct.
He is the only one who is willing to make changes and he won’t sell you out like someone we all know. He claims to be PC but he is more of a liberal then PC

I don't think it's BS. If the roles were reversed, 100% you would be screaming for Carney to get a clearance.
Nope..The reason for not getting it was sound...Posted it many times on here won't go into anymore.

Ah screw it here goes..

And this from Tom Mulcair of all people.

Anybody beating this dead horse at this juncture is just an programmed ideologue.

The sad thing about Poilievre’s bi-election run in Battle River–Crowfoot is that he had no other options, having done nothing but politics all his life. He was that kid in junior high with the brief case. Losing his Carleton riding must have been an existentially terrifying experience for him.
Cool story bro...
