They are Ninjas, they don't need cars. They find you anywhere and you'll never see them coming.

But since it's a Chinese place, no need to worry about Ninjas, only Triads. These guys use cars.

Yes, these are not serious comments, nothing to worry unless you give them a serious reason to be pissed.
