Hard drive recovery

I have a ATA hard drive at work that died, been trying to recover the data with no avail , I treid "getdataback" software which recognized the drive though the drive was'nt detected by the bios but gives error 27 "can't read sector" I tried replacing the circuit board of the hard drive but still does'nt work
anybody got any clue

I've had 2 hard disks conk out on me in the last 2 years. Now I have an external hard disk as backup. Sometimes you have to hit rockbottom to see the light. Sorry Dude, I hope you'll get it back. First thing after your recovery, buy a backup system.
