HW is crippled with Parkensons and he explained his action, admitted to them, and explained that he doesn't have the arm strength to keep his arm at waist level, and so sometimes it falls down to the ass, and his joke and butt pat was intended to defuse the situation, and he sincerely apologized. If these were kind of people they would accept his apology, but refuse his money.
Instead of they take a sweet payout of cold hard cash from a guy going through hell with Parkinson, these are victims, they are over priced prostitutes, if you are really sexually assaulted you go for jail time, not the cash fucking prize from a disabled man.

Problem with going for jail time is it is very difficult to prove sexual assault..... he boils down to he said she said.... let's face it let's say the victim had bruisies one could still argue that it was just rough consensual sex. Without confession or video evidence or witnesses it is tough.
The cop in TO that drove two girls home and allegedly assaulted them in the back of a cruiser that had it's cameras turned off got off due to lack of solid evidence.
Sometimes you're damned if you do, damned if you don't. For example, Michael Jackson made huge payoffs yet never touched a kid inappropriately in his life.
But being eccentric and famous, the media destroyed him. Would be very different in the age of social media.
HW's lawyers are suing for access to his e-mail account. They stated he only had one the whole time he was at the company. If it starts leaking that some of these accusers exchanged friendly e-mails AFTER the alleged assaults this story could take an interesting turn. I can't think of any other reason that his lawyers would sue for access...

The two women came forward with their allegations on the basis of anonymity in a report published by The Wrap on Thursday.
