Has anyone else received a letter from the CND Mandatory Escort Licensing department?

Lots of federal licensing legal talk quite a few times in this body of information. It is almost a sophisticated scam I imagine. I see they have quite the long list of email sendouts. Interesting concept. Too bad it appears to be a scam.

Start a Hobbyists Registered License, issue cards that allow guys to "legally" indulge.

Hell, go all the way, have TERB affiliated credit cards.

I've never heard of an organization that has the words "mandatory licensing" as part of the actual name of the organization.

I'd suggest reporting the scam to the domain registration provider. Both backpageescorts.org and escortservicesregulationcanada.com are registered through GoDaddy. GoDaddy also provides the webhosting for both.

The illegal use of the Government of Canada logo should be reported to the RCMP. The trademark infringement will get GoDaddy's attention certainly.
