The SP is someone that you know. Like one of your wifes friends, a daughter of a neighbour, one of your co-workers wives. Just wondering if this has happened and what did you do, leave, carry on with the appointment?

Not exactly-but I once visited an sp who, after we spoke for a few mins., seemed to freeze and then she started asking me about people that I knew. Seems that when I mentioned which school course I was attending she realised that I probably knew her best male friend from her home town, and I did.
She was terrified that I would say something (though if she had not said anything how would I have known?-she was just so freaked out by such a close connection I guess) She proceeded to beg me not to say anything to our mutual friend and I reassured her that I would not.
This connection seemed to stimulate an already nice connection I had with her and we continued with one of the best sessions that I can remember in my life. She was quite open with me and we even kissed(DFK), which at the time(about 16-17 yrs ago)was quite rare for an sp.
I did keep my promise and her secret remained-at least by me-a secret. The only down side was that I kind of wanted to see her again and this never happened. I think it was just too close a call for her and that she left the business.

Once I saw an SP who looked familiar. She commented that she thought she'd been in my apartment before. It turned out that we'd met before at my friends place next door. She had been dating another friend of mine at the time. She was no longer dating him and there was no tension or discomfort between us. In fact it was an interesting coincidence and we had a good conversation about our younger crazier days.

The closest I've ever come to that situation is that an escort in T.O. was apprehensive about seeing me after she learned that I was from a city close to her hometown. As it turned out, her father was a lawyer and she was concerned that I might know him.
