The other day, I had to phone one of those 1 - 800 number because of a visa card that I cancelled. Why to they have the recording saying for service in "English" press 1 and for "French" press 2, but when you press 1 and you finally get a person at the other end, they can hardly speak english. This was not the first time it happend to me, when using 1 - 800 numbers. Just in case you don't know this info, when you cnx your visa card, you have to phone the visa regestry people to let them know you cnx your card, if not they automactically charge you the annual fee when it is due, my card was cnx for 4 months and they billed me, that's when I found out about the regestry think, they agreed not to charge the fee and the registry cnx my card. This was with Royal Bank, now I'm with a different bank.
