To help Toronto make the playoffs, the good doc recommends NHL bend its rules a little in favor of the Leafs. From now on till playoffs, if Toronto lose a game, they will get two points. If they win a hockey game, the will get three points instead.
With this modification, chances are Toronto will play Ottawa and may be even give Ottawa a little old fashion beating!!! LORL!!!
