tenants have all the rights these days
landlords have none.
it takes 6 months on average to get an eviction start to finish/usually longer.
i as a landlord don't have any sympathy for her or anyone else.
i have a mortgage and taxes and insurance to pay,
i am not a slum lord owner
if i don't get paid the bank forcloses on me /faster than i can get a judgement under the landowner tenants act.
if i force out a tenant without cause i get fined.
if she can't make her payments then to bad get out
welfare pays better any way
any then the landlords get their rent

Wow, did you ever get taken for a ride. Did you represent yourself in doing the rental, and at the tribunal?

Hello WNM,

I do understand that being a landlord is not an easy job in the least bit. I had a friend a few years back that was a landlord. And whenever I would go to visit them at their place to hang out we were never able to have a conversation, watch a movie, etc. because the phone kept ringing, people kept knocking on the door, etc. And worst of all bad tenants that she'd have to deal with that she was stressed out or freaking out most of the time when we would talk on the phone. About chasing after tenants all the time because they take advantage of landlords/companies.
But, I do understand and know that there are also horrible landlords as well.

I can tell that you are a good and decent landlord and you should not have to go through any of this shit and I'm sorry that you are. I felt so bad for my friend because I could see the toll being a landlord took on her with all the BS coming from the tenants all the time. But I am a good souled person and a good reliable tenant WNM. For the first time in my life (and only/last time) in my 14 years of renting that I have had any kind of landlord/tenant issues.

I wish you all the best WNM, and hope you can see/realise someday that there are good tenants that are being screwed over by a horrible landlord, and that doesn't make them bad tenants. Just like these horrible tenants that screw you over as a landlord does not make you a bad landlord.

No offence but how many guys here are wiling to see this girl now that she has admitted to these problems? I can't see this helping her cash-flow.
i saw Annessa on the last weekend of march
before she publicly announced all this turmoil

Annessa was a sweet heart and i was totally unaware of her plight
i left with a big smile for the rest of the day

thanks for being Annessa ................................... :D

And how is Annessa today?

Annessa is still hanging in there with little hope that someone, anyone, will see or hear my plea and want to be my lawyer. Thanks for asking and caring Winston. *hugs*

Thank you Stymie, this is the first good news I have heard in what feels like forever. I am happy that you enjoyed our time together. *hugs*
