help please

Im pondering over a little idea I have....... tell me what you think. I will be moving up to Ottawa in August for school. I have been thinking about renting a 2-3 bedroom apartment and using it for my own appointments but as well as a "travelling escort/indie massage hotel". I would allow a lady to stay at my place as well offer my facilities for her to use for her appointments.

What do you think would be a reasonable rate to charge? Keep in mind that a nice hotel would put someone back 120-170 $ a night.....

Jasmin I think the main thing that jumps out at me is do you really want clients in your personal residence?

Most providers that offer the incall route have a seperate facility for this. I am guessing the main reason is so that you can get a decent nights sleep and not be disturbed by some rowdy client who had seen you before and decided to just bring his buddy over.

Also it gives the opportunity for some other unsavioury types to take advantage of you under circumstances that you would have less control over.

As a positive side to the idea it would hopefully allow you to gain some security in that you would likely have someone else there with you.

Then there is the whole incall issue of legalities of the use of the facility as well.

Jasmin, I have to agree with Dodger.....as a general rule its best to keep your personal residence separate. on the other hand, it also depends on your business.......there are some SPs who operate from home sucessfully, although they appear to work limited hours and with a preferred clientele.
perhaps other SPs who have had experience in this area can advise you in this thread! good luck with your plans!

Bad idea IMHO

Too many mofo's out there even in a "safe" town like Ottawa; better to stay safe. Keep your biz life & your personal life as separate as possible. A nice hotel may set you back $120 to $300+ per night, but it also keeps you safe.
