Not really. Emails would go like this (and imagine it's a lot worst based on the amount of emails you say you get):
1. Hi, I would like to book on Webdnesday at 9 am
2. 5 hours later: Sorry, honey, it's taken
3. How's Thursday?
4. 2 hours later: What time?
5. Next day: around noon?
6. 5 hours later: No, too busy
7. How about 7 PM
8. 3 hours later: Sounds good
This whole thing could have been setlled in 2 minutes over the phone
I have no time for this. Tried it once, and successfully made an appointment after 10's of emails. But I'd rather not do it again, as it's too much work for something that takes one minute over the phone.
