Do not use hemeroid medication. It is no good. What is causing your flaming hemeroisd is the way you wipe your ass. It is all inflamed now and everytime you wipe you ass you hurt it even more. The answer is stop wiping your ass. What you got to do is to use a bidet to spray clean yourself or if you have a shower head on a long host use that to spray clean yourself. Try it out for a week and see if there is any difference. I have not had any inflamed hemis for years. A whoosh douche is the way to go. Come back and tell us how you are doing.

I dont think he means internal.
He means to "spray clean yourself" instead of wiping.....using the showerhead if you have the one with a hose.
If you dont have a hose on your shower nor a bidet toilet, you might be able to get an adapter for one for your tub spout at Home Depot (or that type of store).

The doctor may just give you a prescription cream, or send you for a colonoscopy to see if they are internal and how big. Hemorrhoids are not fun.

Almost every person has them or will have them this life.

It can be quite painful i hear. Its ok, dont be ashamed.... But you must show it to a DR..

You may be ok with suppositories .. or you may require surgery.

Eat soft food.. Buy medication to keep your stool soft... that way it may not bleed as much . but then again, i could give you some advice and it may still not be AS good as a DR.

OR , we could wait for cyberdoc to report ... DOC !!!!!!

Change your diet to make your poop soft.

When your poop is hard, you will bleed.
When your poop is soft, you will probably not bleed.

Surgery will fix it, but if you don't change your diet, it will recur.

My mom had the surgery and it fixed it for a few years, but she didn't change her diet, so it recurred and she still bleeds.

I elected to not have the surgery. My Hemorrhoids are still there but they don't bleed often, maybe once or twice a year, if I get constipated, and my diet is not good.

Anusol suppositories and cream barely work. What the hell am I supposed to do?
