Perhaps you should practice some delayed gratification -- save your money, put it towards something that will do more for your situation until such time as you have a healthy disposable income again.
It's good that you're setting up a budget for yourself -- that's a path back to financial well-being. But really, how many months of going without will it take to help you get back into a healthy range? And when you do, it will feel so good. Go for it.

Go to a SC once every couple of weeks and just watch the girls (no dances). Kill a few hours and go easy on the liquor. If you spend $30-40 a visit then you have about $170-190 remaining. Spend that on one 45 minute session at the top spas. Or go more often to a SC and do a 45 minute session at a less priced spa.
In atoher month avoid the SC and do one 45 minute session at the top spa and one 45 minute session at a less priced spa.
In another month do one 60 minute SP session and that's it for the month.
In another month do a road trip. Go to Hamiton and have a date with Catherine and go to the SC as well. Heck, she likes to go as well so take her and turn it into a longer evening.

I went from $1200 to $1500 per month down to $250 per month. You'll follow your natural inclinations. If you like variety, you'll mix it up - if you like to see one or two women regularly, that's what you will do. $250 is enough to still have some fun. If you can take 2 or 3 months off per year then the $250 becomes $300+ per month. There are some amazing women available for $140 per 1/2 hour with specials at $100 or $120. Very good MPA experiences can be had at $80 or less. And occasionally dropping into a SC can be some fun too.
Yeah I agree that spending $125 to $150 every 2 weeks would be the way to go.

That gets you a good 30 min at SRM, Allure, Plats, HFH ($140).
Alpha Care it's about $80 for 30 min.
Body and Soul 45/60 min is $120/$140.
Star/Lexa it's $100/$200 for 30 min/60 min.
Crystal is $200 for 60 min. Not sure what her 30 min option is.
I'd say mix it up between these options.
I don't like Alpha Care but if you want cheap that's a good place to go.
As for value I think Body and Soul is the best hands down. Cute girls and service equal to the big 4.

Obviously if you like the uber hotties then you have to go with the big 4 type places BUT that's not to say there aren't some lookers at the other places.
But for the best deal with the uber hotties it's Crystal.
