Finally I'm comfortable. This heat is nothin' new. Hell, old Luci was saying the other day that he messed up last year and gave Europe North America's weather and vice-versa.

You won’t be laughing if your central air blows a nut like mine did yesterday!
The contactor or relay in my central condensing unit, that’s the big box outside, the thing fried it’s self I guess from age and too much current going to it for too long. I lost my cooling in the house and went out to investigate… I turned off the power and opened it up to find it all burnt up. I then rewired it without a relay… tuned the power back on the compressor and fan started up… wow I was glad I was able to hot wire the thing… try to get someone to come out and fix your central air on a hot day like today… no way! For now I just control it by turning the circuit braker off and on... the thermostat can't control it without the relay working... but I'm still cool !
