I hear that medical scools graduate more female doctors these days than male doctors. Most doctors I know do their best to keep up with the latest. That means reading the journals, going to conferences, attending continuing education seminars.

Sure, they may only have 3 or 4 days in the office, but you have to also look at hospital time, rounds etc.
