That's why I want to learn it. I hear it's a great way to work out, stay flexible and great for mental health. I'm tackling a few other things right now but learning Yoga is on my TDL.
Even if you don't have time to visit that trendy yoga studio, starting out with home dvd is great way to learn, or youtube has a great Yoga basic videos that you can watch(full version).
I feel more alert with everything surrounding me, focused, mentally and physically in better shape... and somehow my eyesight is better especially at night time.
